First Nation Flags Dress Socks
When you put your shoes on, they look like ordinary black dress socks but when you take them off, something special happens.
One sock reveals the Aboriginal Flag on the toe, the matching sock has the Torres Strait Islander Flag. Together this pair of socks are an acknowledgment of the First Nations people ongoing connection and custodianship of country.
The Aboriginal Flag was designed by Harold Thomas (Luritja), and the Torres Strait Islander Flag was designed by Bernard Namok (Thursday Island). Both are recognised as official flags of so called "Australia".
